Terms of Service & Escrow Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with the True MM Discord bot, initializing a deal ticket, or depositing cryptocurrency into an escrow wallet generated by our platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and procedures set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Role of True MM

True MM provides an automated software platform facilitating peer-to-peer cryptocurrency escrow for digital transactions. True MM acts strictly as a neutral, non-custodial technological middleman:

• True MM is not a party to any agreement, trade, or transaction between buyers and sellers.
• True MM does not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, or delivery of any goods or services exchanged between counter-parties.
• Unique single-use cryptographic deposit wallets are generated per deal and settled directly on-chain.

3. Deposit and Confirmation Rules

Buyers must adhere strictly to the deposit instructions provided within the deal room:

• Exact Currency: Deposits must be sent on the designated blockchain network (e.g. Solana mainnet, Litecoin network). Sending unsupported tokens or cross-chain transactions will result in irreversible loss of funds.
• Confirmation Thresholds: Funds are considered locked in escrow only after receiving required on-chain confirmations verified by our automated listener service.
• Underpayment & Overpayment: Any transfer below the agreed crypto amount must be topped up before the trade may proceed.

4. Release & Refund Procedures

Once escrow deposit is confirmed on the blockchain:

• Release: When the buyer verifies receipt and validity of the agreed goods/services, the buyer clicks the Release button. This immediately and irreversibly broadcasts the payout transaction to the seller's wallet address.
• Mutual Cancellation: If both parties agree to cancel prior to exchange, a refund is processed back to the buyer's specified address minus applicable blockchain network miner/gas fees.
• Dispute Resolution: If a dispute is raised, the deal is frozen. Both counter-parties must present verifiable evidence in the deal channel for administrator review. Administrator decisions regarding payout or refund are final.

5. Platform Fees

True MM operates transparent tiered platform fees to maintain infrastructure and high-availability nodes:

• Micro Tier ($0 - $15 USD): Free / Zero platform fee (only native on-chain network transaction fees apply).
• Standard Tier ($15 - $500 USD): Flat platform fee (typically $2.00 USD).
• High Tier ($500+ USD): Low percentage fee (typically 1.0% - 2.0%).
• All platform fees are automatically deducted from the escrow deposit at the time of final release.

6. Prohibited Activities & Blacklisting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Fraud, chargebacks, stolen funds, or fraudulent counterfeit goods.
• Malware, unauthorized account takeovers, or illegal digital contraband.
• Attempting to exploit, spam, or bypass bot automated handlers or rate limits.

Violators will be permanently Blacklisted across the platform, banned from Discord servers, and barred from future escrow transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall True MM, its creators, or administrators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Blockchain network congestion, re-organizations, fork events, or RPC delays.
• Incorrect or invalid destination wallet addresses provided by users.
• Discord platform outages, downtime, or account suspensions.
